Who is Noor — A Personal Statement
Introduction:
There is no end to a new beginning. This is what I believe.
My Name is Noor Muhammad and I’m a sole learner, critical thinker and a solid observer. I don’t hesitate to learn new things and test them on different scenarios. I find mixing and matching different things, much interesting and exciting.
I believe learning is the ultimate pathway to success. In addition, I am very keen to teach whatever I learnt useful by good and/or bad experience.

Academics:
I’ve passed my matriculation from White House Grammar School in the year 2015. After that, I joined Aga Khan Higher Secondary School to pursue Pre-engineering. Currently I’m enrolled in final year in Bachelors of Computer Science at DHA Suffa University, Karachi.
For the final year project. I as a team lead proposed the idea of Gately, a third party gateway that can be integrated with e-commerce websites to detect the fake and fraud order placed by using the Cash on Delivery payment method.
I proposed the idea to Mr. Hassan Abbas, Director of 10 Pearls. He appreciated the idea and took interest in it.
Apart from schooling and regular education, I’ve done Web development course from Aptech and CCO Course from Dhoraji Association.
Academics Achievements
· Named in Dean Honor list in 3rd Semester with GPA of 3.6
· Name in Dean Honor List in 4th Semester with GPA of 3.55
· Runner up in Fintech Hackathon at Procom 19
· Participate in Blockchain Hackathon NIC, Karachi
Relevant Work Experience:
I started learning development using HTML, CSS, JS 2 years back, and then I moved forward and learned React. I can proudly say that I am a self-learned Front-end React developer.
After my 4th semester project, I built on top of JavaScript and React. I have been given the opportunity to start as an intern at Zenveus, and later was offered a part time job along with my studies. My responsibilities were to build interactive, user friendly and features entrenched user interfaces by using React as a Front-end library and its ecosystem.
During the start of the pandemic in early 2020, I joined freelancing at Fiverr where I offered my web application building services including React, Redux, Firebase, and relevant technologies.
Currently, I’m working on a contract with 2 international clients. My responsibility is to develop pixel perfect front-end using JavaScript as a primary language and React for front-end.
Work Achievements:
· 4.8 Star Ratings on Fiverr gig with 28 reviews.
· Level 1 Seller on Fiverr.
· Proud self-learned front-end developer.
Extra-Curricular Activities and Hobbies:
While I’m a full time student and a freelancer currently, I do enjoy travelling a lot. Seeing new places, exploring shopping malls, markets and meeting new people. Moreover, I am a foodie and really like to travel for food based on the reviews by other people.
Apart from travelling, I look around for business ideas and investment opportunities.
Goals and vision:
The way I look into things is for the long term, I usually set milestones for my goals. While I have different goals for different causes. E.g. Family, education and myself. I set the priority to myself.
For me:
· The fundamental goal is to share the things I have with deserving people. Be it the knowledge, experience or opportunities.
· I want to build a multinational startup where I along with my team can facilitate other people finding and building the solution of their ideas.
· I wish to give back to the community by my contributions.
· My vision is to be financially stable and make others enable to live an autocratic, peaceful life
Conclusion
An individual with dedication, motivation and willingness to learn and give back to the community by best ways possible. The mindset of giving chances and opportunities to the deserving people and making them do the undone before. This is all Noor Muhammad is.
